Amenities and Rates

We recently completed a brand-new bathroom with shower, and a laundromat.  Both are heated and open year-round. Wi-Fi is also available for a nominal cost.  The park is located on a level site adjacent to the Price river to the west, farm land to the south, and the Book Cliffs to the east.  Due to its secluded location, away from the highway, it is a quiet, peaceful park. There are many large trees providing shade throughout the park.  A unique feature is the original 1880's Price City jail, located by the entrance.

 

Each space has full hookups with power (30 or 50 Amp), sewer and water hookups.  The spaces are wide enough to accommodate larger RVs with multiple slides.  The entrance and main roadways have blacktop, with gravel/rock on site pads. Picnic tables are located in several areas of the park.

 

For long-term stays, there is a $50 power deposit for the first month for all 30 and 50-Amp hookups.  Pets acceptable but no aggressive dogs are allowed (Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, etc.) No trailers over 15 years old are allowed for long-term stays. Conditions apply for winter stays.

Large Spaces

For longer RVs, located at the southern end of the park

 

The large spaces are available to larger RVs with a need for more room.  They accommodate multiple slide outs, with room to spare. There are full hookups with power (30 and 50 Amp), water, and sewer hookups, with newly remodeled bathroom and laundry facilities.

 

Price: $40 per night for back-in or pull-thru, or $450-500 per month with full hookups.

Pull-thru Spaces

For all RVs, located in the center of the park

 

The spaces are located throughout the park and they will accommodate multiple slide outs.  There are full hookups with power (30 and 50 Amp), water, and sewer hookups, with newly remodeled bathroom and laundry facilities. 

 

Price: $40 per night, or $450-500 per month with full hookups.

Short and Long-term Spaces

For all RVs, located throughout most of the park

 

The spaces are located primarily at the north end of the park and they will accommodate multiple slide-outs.  There are full hookups with power (30 and 50 Amp), water, and sewer hookups, with newly remodeled bathroom and laundry facilities.
